We are seeking a meticulous and experienced individual with an M.Pharma degree to join our team as a Housekeeping & Laundry Specialist. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in housekeeping and laundry operations, with a strong understanding of sanitation protocols and chemical handling, leveraging their pharmaceutical background for enhanced safety and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

Implement and enforce strict cleaning schedules and hygiene standards, drawing upon knowledge of sterile environments from pharmaceutical practices.

Manage laundry services, ensuring efficient washing, drying, and folding of uniforms and linens.

Procure, store, and manage cleaning supplies and laundry detergents, with attention to safety data sheets and chemical compatibility, similar to pharmaceutical handling.

Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices and safety procedures.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or sanitation issues.

Maintain inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies, and report any deficiencies.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the workplace.
