Housekeeping Manager / Supervisor (3-4 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a diligent and organized Housekeeping Manager / Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience to oversee and manage housekeeping operations at our Kolkata facility. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Pharma degree, bringing a unique understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and quality control standards relevant to a Defence & Aerospace environment. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant working environment for all personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and task delegation.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, leveraging M.Pharma knowledge for best practices in chemical handling and waste management.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any hygiene issues, pest control needs, or maintenance requirements.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-effectiveness.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless housekeeping services that support operational efficiency.

Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, supply usage, and incident reports.

Proactively identify and implement improvements to housekeeping processes and services.
