Housekeeping Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our corporate office spaces and common areas. The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of hygiene and presentation, contributing to a positive and productive work environment for our employees and visitors within our design-focused corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of all facilities to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance issues.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
- Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Respond promptly to guest or employee requests and concerns regarding housekeeping services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., facilities management, administration) to ensure seamless operations.
