Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our dynamic team. The HR Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support strategic decision-making and improve HR processes. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring our HR practices are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business objectives in the fast-paced architecture and interior design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze HR data related to recruitment, employee performance, compensation, and retention.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics.
Identify trends and patterns in HR data to provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership.
Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary HR information.
Stay updated on HR best practices and relevant labor laws in India.
