HR Analyst

Role Summary:
MosChip Semiconductor Technology Ltd. is seeking a motivated and analytical HR Analyst to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The HR Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes. This role requires a strong understanding of HR metrics, reporting, and a passion for leveraging data to drive organizational effectiveness within the dynamic semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize HR data from various sources (e.g., HRIS, payroll, performance management systems).
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as employee turnover, time-to-hire, employee engagement, and compensation.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform HR strategies and business decisions.
- Support the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures based on data-driven recommendations.
- Assist in workforce planning, talent acquisition analytics, and performance management reporting.
- Conduct market research on compensation and benefits to ensure competitive offerings.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for HR leadership and other stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to support various HR initiatives.
