HR Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and analytical HR Analyst with a unique blend of design thinking and data interpretation skills to join our team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for a B.Des graduate with 6 years of experience looking to leverage their design acumen to enhance HR processes, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness within the import and export sector. You will be instrumental in visualizing HR data, designing engaging HR initiatives, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data (e.g., employee performance, recruitment metrics, attrition rates, compensation) to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Design and develop visually appealing HR reports, dashboards, and presentations that effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and department heads to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven HR solutions.
- Develop and implement creative employee engagement programs and communication strategies, drawing on design principles to enhance appeal and impact.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and employee onboarding processes, focusing on user experience and accessibility.
- Assist in workforce planning by analyzing skill gaps and proposing innovative training and development solutions.
- Conduct market research on HR best practices, compensation benchmarks, and talent acquisition strategies relevant to the import and export industry in India.
- Utilize design thinking methodologies to brainstorm and prototype new HR initiatives and solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR systems and reports.
