HR Analyst

Role Summary: The HR Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes. This role requires a strong understanding of HR metrics, reporting, and data visualization within the fast-paced events and live entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize HR data from various sources (e.g., HRIS, payroll, recruitment platforms).
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee performance, retention, recruitment, compensation, and engagement.
- Develop and generate regular HR reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key HR metrics and performance indicators.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support specific HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures based on data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics such as time-to-hire, employee turnover rate, cost-per-hire, and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and relevant HR technology.
