HR Analyst, Corporate Wellness

WellnessWorks Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our Corporate Wellness division. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and analyzing the effectiveness of our client's wellness programs. You will work closely with HR departments and wellness champions to ensure programs are aligned with organizational goals and employee needs. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, reporting on program outcomes, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for program improvement. You will also assist in the creation of wellness program materials and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze program participation and outcome data to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and present regular reports on wellness program performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in corporate wellness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement new wellness initiatives.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of wellness program communications and marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, data analysis, or program management, preferably in a wellness-related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization) and HRIS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for health and wellness is a plus.
