Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Analyst Intern to join our team in Ludhiana. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a recent B.Sc graduate to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within the dynamic Oil & Gas sector. You will support the HR department in data analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks, contributing to the efficient functioning of our human resources operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR data related to employee demographics, performance, and compensation.
Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports using MS Excel and other relevant tools.
Support the HR team in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
