We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Indore. This role is crucial for supporting our HR operations within the dynamic Animation & VFX industry. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma and a strong understanding of HR processes, data analysis, and reporting, specifically tailored for a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data related to recruitment, employee performance, compensation, and retention.
Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key trends and insights.
Support the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Contribute to workforce planning initiatives by analyzing current staffing levels and future needs.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Participate in HR projects, such as system implementations or process improvements.
Provide support for employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
