Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, understanding their strategic objectives and aligning HR initiatives to support them.
- Drive talent management processes, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
- Support organizational design and development initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team on policy development, implementation, and HR projects.
- Utilize analytical skills, honed through your B.Pharma education, to interpret HR data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
- Facilitate change management processes and support employee engagement programs.
