Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Advisory professional to partner with business leaders within our BPO operations in India. This role will provide strategic HR support, drive key HR initiatives, and ensure alignment of HR practices with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the BPO industry and a proven track record of delivering impactful HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders on all HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency within the BPO context.
- Collaborate with HR functional teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, L&D) to deliver integrated HR services.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support organizational design and change management initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
- Contribute to the development and execution of workforce planning strategies.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures across the BPO operations.
