Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Advisor to partner with our Telecom/ISP business units. You will provide strategic HR support, drive organizational effectiveness, and contribute to the overall success of our human capital initiatives within a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and company culture.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Advise on compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
