Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Advisory professional to join our team. The role involves partnering with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance, drive HR initiatives, and support the overall business objectives within our Indian operations. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into HR solutions and ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic HR consulting to business unit leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management strategies.
Support change management initiatives and employee engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and company HR policies.
Collaborate with HR specialists (e.g., compensation, recruitment, L&D) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
