Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Advisory professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our Chandigarh office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with a focus on supporting business units in achieving their strategic goals through effective HR solutions. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication. A Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into HR initiatives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, leveraging your MCA background for data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Support change management initiatives and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with other HR functions (e.g., Recruitment, L&D) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the design and execution of HR projects and programs.
