This role will involve partnering with business leaders to drive HR strategies aligned with the objectives of our Iron & Steel operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical background and HR acumen to provide strategic insights and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and best practices across the organization.
- Facilitate change management processes and ensure smooth employee transitions.
- Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective recruitment for critical roles.
- Leverage your M.Tech background to understand operational challenges and propose innovative HR solutions.
