We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. The HRBP will act as a key liaison between the HR department and assigned business units, providing strategic HR guidance and support to drive business objectives. This role involves partnering with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and championing our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
• Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
• Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Advise on compensation and benefits strategies.
• Drive organizational development initiatives and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP role.
• Experience in a foreign multinational corporation is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in the printing & publishing industry is a plus.
