HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Role Summary:
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at HAL, you will be a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives within the Defence & Aerospace sector. You will leverage your B.A. education and 6 years of experience to drive talent management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding business needs and translating them into effective HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business unit leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate them into HR plans.
- Drive talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning processes.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with labour laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and HR analytics.
- Facilitate organizational development initiatives and change management processes.
- Conduct HR data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
