HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Infosys

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a 'Any Graduate' degree and a proven track record in supporting diverse business units. This position is based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into HR plans.
- Provide guidance and support on talent management, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Advise on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR specialists (e.g., compensation, benefits, L&D) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to the business.
- Support organizational design and change management initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging HR trends.
