HR Business Partner (HRBP) (M.Com Required) - Ahmedabad

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting our employees, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop HR solutions that drive business performance.

Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Assist in talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new hires.

Support the implementation of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training and development, and compensation & benefits.

Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in India.
