Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong technical background to support our operations in Chandigarh. This role is crucial in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering employee engagement, and driving talent management initiatives within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Tech qualification to understand the technical nuances of our business and provide strategic HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand workforce needs and implement effective HR solutions, leveraging your M.Tech knowledge.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and labor laws.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions with fairness and efficiency.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Support the talent management lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
