Role Summary:

This role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into HR plans.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring fairness and compliance with legal frameworks.
- Partner with talent acquisition to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for specialized roles within the software product domain.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.
- Advise on compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all Indian labor laws and regulations, providing insights on policy development and implementation.
- Facilitate organizational development initiatives, including change management and workforce planning.
- Leverage HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
- Act as a point of contact for legal queries related to HR matters.
