Job Description
Global Impact Foundation is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices within the non-profit sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, from job posting to new hire integration.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Support performance management initiatives and employee development programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
