Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team at Fourth Partner Energy. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment as we scale our operations in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Support employee relations, addressing queries and concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Support HR reporting and analytics.
