HR Generalist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at TCS India. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of HR operations within our semiconductor and electronics division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines and labor laws.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
