HR Generalist | Any Graduate Professionals | Vijayawada

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. This role is crucial in supporting our HR operations and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support the administration of HR policies and procedures, including performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and line managers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in India.
