We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices within the Indian context. This role is crucial in supporting our extensive operations within the vibrant film and music industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
Manage employee records and maintain an up-to-date HR database.
Support in the administration of payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws.
Handle employee queries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
