Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional with a unique background in M.Pharma to join our team in Ludhiana. This role will leverage your analytical skills and understanding of regulatory environments to support and enhance our HR operations within the NBFC sector. You will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance, process efficiency, and employee support, bridging your pharmaceutical knowledge with HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage HR operational processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives and relevant labor laws, with a keen eye for detail and compliance, similar to pharmaceutical regulations.
- Manage employee data and HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and generating reports for management decision-making.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing clear and concise information.
- Support the HR team in talent acquisition processes, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that support business growth and employee engagement.
- Utilize your M.Pharma background to understand and navigate complex regulatory frameworks, applying a similar meticulous approach to HR compliance and documentation.
- Assist in the administration of performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and labor laws applicable in India.
