We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HR Operations professional with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and streamlining various HR operational functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks governing employment and HR practices in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HR team in daily operational activities, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management.

• Ensure compliance with all Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, with a focus on legal adherence.

• Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with legal guidelines.

• Support in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare HR reports and documentation, maintaining confidentiality and legal integrity.

• Liaise with legal counsel and external agencies on HR-related legal matters.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operations and legal compliance strategies.
