Role Summary: We are looking for an HR Operations specialist with 2-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our Media, Entertainment & Telecom division in Chandigarh. This role is crucial for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring legal compliance, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR function. Your legal acumen will be instrumental in navigating complex HR challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute core HR operational processes including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Ensure strict adherence to Indian labor laws, company policies, and contractual obligations.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, from recruitment support to exit formalities, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing HR-related documents, contracts, and policies, ensuring legal soundness.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects, contributing to process optimization.
- Handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and in accordance with legal frameworks.
- Generate HR reports and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
