HR Operations Specialist

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the efficient and effective operation of the HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities, and contributing to a positive employee experience within our fast-growing packaging and containers startup. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, provident fund, and other statutory benefits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
• Assist in the payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
• Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
• Generate HR reports and analytics as required by management.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
