We are seeking a motivated HR Policy & Compliance professional to join our team in Thane. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Sc. degree and 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in HR within the agrochemical industry.

Role Summary:
As an HR Policy & Compliance Associate, you will support the HR department in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will assist in various HR functions, focusing on policy adherence and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures to align with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Support the implementation of new HR policies and communicate them effectively to employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
