Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized HR Policy & Compliance Officer to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records and supporting the HR department in policy implementation and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in India.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with high accuracy.
- Support the HR team in conducting internal audits and investigations related to HR compliance.
- Prepare reports on HR compliance metrics and policy adherence.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with external agencies for legal and compliance matters as required.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
