Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Policy & Compliance Specialist to join our growing team at Titagarh Wagons Limited. This role will be crucial in developing, implementing, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and legal compliance within the organization, particularly focusing on the dynamic Indian labor laws and railway sector regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a keen eye for detail to mitigate risks and foster a fair and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with Indian labor laws (e.g., Industrial Disputes Act, Payment of Wages Act, Maternity Benefit Act, etc.) and company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations, including those specific to the railway industry and manufacturing sector in India.
• Conduct regular audits of HR practices and documentation to identify and address potential compliance gaps.
• Advise management and employees on HR policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
• Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and grievance procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and industry regulations and assess their impact on the company.
• Develop and deliver training programs on HR policies and compliance for employees and managers.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation.
