Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide strategic HR guidance and support to various business units, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. You will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing HR policies and initiatives that align with Infosys's business objectives and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Advise and support business leaders on talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and resolve grievances effectively.
- Design and deliver training programs on HR best practices and compliance.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including change management and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in India.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices in the industry.
