Human Resources Consultant

Role Summary: The Human Resources Consultant will provide expert advice and support to DP World India's HR department and business leaders on a wide range of HR matters. This role will focus on optimizing HR strategies, policies, and practices to align with the company's business objectives and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws. The consultant will work closely with internal HR teams to drive initiatives related to talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and HR process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business goals and foster a positive work environment.
• Advise on talent acquisition strategies, performance management, and employee development programs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Support organizational design and change management initiatives.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR team to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices in the Indian market.
