Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and analytical Human Resources Consultant with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is ideal for an individual with 3-4 years of experience in HR, bringing a strong academic foundation and practical application to our organizational development and talent management strategies within the fast-paced Animation & VFX industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on HR best practices, organizational psychology, and talent management strategies relevant to the creative industries.
- Develop and implement innovative HR policies and programs focused on employee engagement, retention, and performance management, aligning with academic research and industry trends.
- Advise senior leadership on complex HR issues, including organizational design, change management, and workforce planning, leveraging a strong theoretical and empirical understanding.
- Facilitate and lead workshops and training sessions on topics such as leadership development, conflict resolution, and diversity & inclusion, informed by advanced HR principles.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR strategies support business objectives and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay abreast of labor laws and regulatory requirements in India and their impact on HR practices within the Animation & VFX sector.
