Human Resources Consultant role in Defence & Aerospace (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Consultant with 1-2 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Coimbatore. This role will support the HR department in various functions, focusing on compliance, employee relations, and policy implementation within the Defence & Aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws and company regulations.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and general employee queries.
- Participate in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Contribute to the resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary actions, leveraging legal knowledge from LLB.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HRIS databases accurately.
- Conduct basic research on HR best practices and legal updates relevant to the industry.
- Support in recruitment activities, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Help organize and facilitate HR training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
