Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Human Resources professional with an M.Tech degree and 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role will focus on leveraging data analytics and technological solutions to optimize HR processes, enhance employee experience, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives within the textile and apparel sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles coupled with a technical aptitude for problem-solving and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement HR technology solutions and HRIS improvements to streamline operations.
- Design and manage HR programs related to talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement, with a focus on data-driven approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and contribute to the development of new policies.
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to management.
- Support the development and implementation of training and development programs.
- Contribute to organizational development initiatives and change management processes.
