Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for B.Pharma graduates and other relevant profiles.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Provide support for performance management processes.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Collaborate with other HR team members on various projects and initiatives.
- Utilize HRIS and other relevant software for daily tasks.
