HVAC Supervisor (1-3 Yrs) role in BPO / Call Centre

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems within our BPO / Call Centre facility. This role requires a foundational understanding of technical systems, making a BCA degree a valuable asset for interpreting technical documentation and managing data related to system performance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a comfortable and efficient working environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of HVAC technicians and maintenance staff.
* Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all HVAC equipment, including chillers, air handling units, and ventilation systems.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system malfunctions, recommending and implementing effective repair solutions.
* Ensure all HVAC operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and system performance, utilizing data analysis skills developed through a BCA background.
* Assist in the planning and execution of HVAC system upgrades and installations.
* Manage inventory of HVAC spare parts and supplies, ensuring timely procurement.
* Respond promptly to emergency HVAC-related issues.
* Liaise with vendors and external contractors for specialized repairs or services.
* Contribute to energy efficiency initiatives by monitoring system performance and suggesting improvements.
