HVAC Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our facilities. The HVAC Supervisor will ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety standards, contributing to a comfortable and productive work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and training.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all HVAC equipment.
- Respond to and diagnose HVAC system malfunctions and breakdowns.
- Oversee and perform repairs and replacements of HVAC components and systems.
- Ensure all HVAC operations comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies for the HVAC department.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues.
- Troubleshoot complex HVAC problems and implement effective solutions.
