HVAC Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role is crucial for ensuring a comfortable and productive working environment for our artists and staff in our state-of-the-art animation studio.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all HVAC equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues.

Oversee the installation of new HVAC systems and upgrades.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, and place orders as needed.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized services.
