HVAC Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our client sites. The ideal candidate will ensure all HVAC operations are efficient, safe, and compliant with industry standards, contributing to a comfortable and productive environment for our clients' employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and guide a team of HVAC technicians in daily operations.
2. Plan and schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs for HVAC systems.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system malfunctions, recommending and implementing solutions.
4. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
5. Manage inventory of HVAC parts and supplies, ensuring availability for timely repairs.
6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
7. Coordinate with clients and other departments to address HVAC-related issues.
8. Provide training and mentorship to junior HVAC staff.
