Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HVAC Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree to join our facilities management team in Delhi. The HVAC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of HVAC systems within our corporate offices, ensuring a comfortable and efficient working environment for our employees. This role requires strong administrative and financial understanding, complementing the technical aspects of HVAC management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the work of HVAC technicians and external vendors for installation, maintenance, and repair of all HVAC equipment.
• Monitor HVAC system performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Manage HVAC-related budgets, including procurement of parts, materials, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory. Prepare reports on system status, energy consumption, and budget utilization.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to HVAC operations.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to address HVAC-related concerns and requirements.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of new HVAC equipment and technologies.
