We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HVAC Supervisor with 0-2 years of experience, ideally with a BBA/BBM degree, to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial for overseeing the smooth operation and maintenance of our HVAC systems, ensuring optimal comfort and efficiency within our facilities. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ready to contribute to a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of HVAC systems, including cooling, heating, and ventilation equipment.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and report them to the senior technician or manager.
- Support in carrying out routine inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, and minor repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance or repairs when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to HVAC operations.
- Learn and adapt to new HVAC technologies and best practices.
