HVAC Supervisor - Healthcare & Life Sciences Sector (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our facilities management team at our Jaipur facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of all HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety standards within our critical healthcare and life sciences environment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide a team of HVAC technicians in performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on all HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, air handling units (AHUs), and ventilation systems.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of HVAC assets.

Troubleshoot and diagnose complex HVAC system malfunctions, recommending and executing appropriate repair solutions.

Monitor HVAC system performance using building management systems (BMS) and other diagnostic tools, identifying areas for improvement in energy efficiency.

Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices related to HVAC operations and maintenance.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory of spare parts.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or repair services.

Contribute to budgeting for HVAC maintenance and operational expenses.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements pertinent to HVAC systems in a pharmaceutical/healthcare setting.
