We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HVAC Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our team in Vadodara. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal functioning and maintenance of our HVAC systems, contributing to a comfortable and efficient operational environment within our law enforcement and security services facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of all HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve HVAC issues, minimizing downtime.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC equipment.
Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and training.
Interpret design blueprints and technical drawings related to HVAC systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HVAC system integration with overall building infrastructure.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
