Role Summary: Wipro is seeking an experienced Hydrographic Survey Lead to manage and execute hydrographic surveying projects. This role involves planning, conducting, and analyzing hydrographic surveys to support various client needs, including infrastructure development, environmental assessments, and resource management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying principles, data acquisition, and processing techniques, with a proven ability to lead survey teams and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee the execution of hydrographic surveys, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Operate and maintain hydrographic survey equipment, including multibeam echo sounders, side-scan sonar, GPS/GNSS receivers, and motion sensors.
• Acquire, process, and interpret hydrographic data to produce accurate charts, maps, and reports.
• Develop and implement survey methodologies and quality control procedures.
• Manage and mentor junior survey staff, providing technical guidance and training.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to define survey requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Prepare technical proposals and cost estimates for hydrographic surveying services.
