Role Summary: The Image Consultant will be responsible for advising and guiding employees, particularly those in client-facing roles and leadership positions, on professional image, personal branding, and effective communication strategies. This role is crucial for enhancing the company's corporate reputation and ensuring a consistent, positive brand representation across all levels, especially within the context of our diverse petrochemical and plastics operations in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive image consulting programs tailored to RIL's corporate culture and industry standards.
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions on professional attire, grooming, body language, and etiquette.
- Advise on personal branding strategies to enhance individual and collective professional presence.
- Conduct workshops on communication skills, including verbal and non-verbal communication, presentation skills, and cross-cultural communication relevant to the Indian business environment.
- Ensure alignment of personal image with RIL's brand values and industry-specific communication needs in the petrochemical and plastics sector.
- Stay updated on current trends in fashion, grooming, and professional image management.
- Collaborate with HR and Corporate Communications teams to integrate image consulting into employee development programs.
